La actividad evaluativa se repite

Buenas tardes,  al revisar la actividad evaluativa,  se repite la  información, podrian aclarar si son dos iguales, o hay un error?

Me pasa igual, la actividad del video está repetida.

Hola, a mí solo me aparecen dos actividades, una es un vídeo y la otra me parece que es un cuestionario o tipo examen (no estoy segura) que aún no realizo. Espero te sirva de algo para que puedas verificarlo. c:
